Adult Groups

Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing,
but encouraging one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

Hebrews 10:24-25

Scripture is clear that we cannot be a Lone Ranger Christian. It takes others to help shape us and mold us into the person God wants us to be. We have a variety of ways you can rub shoulders and interact with other believers. On this page you can discover areas that might interest you. We have a different kind of groups to meet the many needs. You cannot do them all, but everyone should be part of at least one adult group outside of worship.

They are a foundational core value at OroNaz. The concept is built upon the biblical notion of koinonia – sharing things in common, which characterized the early Christians. LifeGroups are comprised of 15-20 people who meet weekly in homes all over Oroville. LifeGroups are the place where you can make connections with other people, where you can make friends and feel like this is your home and your spiritual family.

Our vision is that everyone who attends and calls OroNaz their home church will be in a LifeGroup during the week!

Almost all the groups are based around the sermon that is preached on Sunday.  The idea is to share, pray, discuss and apply the sermon, serve together, care for one another, and build relationships.  Each group meets for about 12 weeks and then takes a break.

We are currently on a break, however, some groups will be starting up in September. If you are interested in being part of a LifeGroup fill out the form below and let us know of your interest.
