Welcome To Women Alive!

As we head into Spring, we encourage you to join us with a hopeful, grateful, joyous and thankful heart. This past year has taking it’s toll on us all in one way or another. It is easy to get discouraged with all the disappointments, distractions and chaos of this world. Good news is... this is not our home. We are merely visitors waiting and preparing for the return of our Savior Jesus Christ to take us home to our Heavenly Father! Isn’t that exciting? So when the fears of this uncertain world try to creep in, remember these precious words and use them as a prayer.
Psalm 17:8
Keep me as the apple of your eye; hide me in the shadow of your wings...
Rest in the truth that Jesus loves you and has a beautiful plan for the coming year and your life! (Jeremiah 29:11)
Love and blessings,
The Women Alive team

Book Club Meetings

How many of you would like to get back to what matters most—working on your relationship with Jesus?  How would you like to experience God in a new, deeper and more intimate way?  Think of it as a way to recover from everything that  has been going on.

“Experiencing God” by  Henry and Richard Blackaby (<-Amazon link) is a way you can do that.  On Tuesday Feb. 23, 2021 we will start a gathering of sorts, a book club in a way.  We will slowly and carefully work through this inspired and amazing piece of work and then discuss it. You can either join the group in person — in room 112 from 10:00 am to 12:00, or 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. You can also participate on ZOOM. Click the image at right or here to join the Zoom meeting on Tuesday morning or evening.

God promised that if we draw near to God He will draw nearer to you and me.  Let’s face it—if we want to heal– heal in the deepest part of our soul—we desperately  need His help.

Our monthly meetings are a combination of encouragement, discussions and sharing. We are self-funded through donations and the gifting of fabric. We have been blessed.
We are always looking to expand our ministry and share the joy of serving with new members. Interested in quilting, serving or making new friends? We meet the last Thursday of each month from January through September.
Our purpose here at Women Alive is to provide opportunities for women of all ages to connect with other women and build relationships, study God's Word, learn, personally grow, and cultivate intimacy with Jesus Christ. We would love to have you join us on this journey!
